GASIFICATION DIVISION

The Gasification Division of IIEPL designs, supplies and commissions coal gasification plants.
The gas so produced is a cheaper alternative fuel in various industrial processes.
The manufacturing facility is located at Calcutta.
The new technology adapted by the company in manufacturing these plants gives a clean and consistent quality of producer gas from any grade of coal with almost no effluents, either liquid or gaseous.
The various modification bought about by the company over the conventional designs has improved the operational efficiency and quality to a great extent.
The plant produces clean and consistent gas with higher thermal efficiency of approx. 88‐92%. The process is eco‐friendly, continuous and easily controllable.
The producer gas is a viable and economical substitute for costlier fuel depending upon the grade of coal being used in the gasification process.
The company have already supplied and installed more than 170 units of gasifier plants till now.
